A Day in the Life: Develop and produce of large, highly visible marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotionalmaterials, including product sales sheets, point of sale, vehicle wraps, and packaging. Deliver consistentquality, accurately reflecting the company image and brand, but also other brands within our portfolio.
The Impact You'll Make: Professionally interface with internal team members and external vendors. Work with art directorsand staff members from sales and marketing to conceptualize and produce creative solutions thatmeet business requirements.
Manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all stages arecompleted on schedule. Design and produce innovative, on-brand packaging, print, and point-of sale solutions for the company family of brands.
Manage assigned projects and delegate production work as needed to maintain high level ofefficiency. Communicate deadlines and requirements to traffic managers. Expedites the inevitable“rush jobs”.
Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual designs that maintain brand consistency acrossall platforms and materials.
Uphold graphic standards and help to increase efficiency within production team. Provide creativedirection and mentorship to junior designers, guiding the quality and output of the entire designteam.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of brand assets, such as templates, icons, and styleguides, to ensure consistency.
Stay informed about current industry trends, design techniques, and software to continuouslyelevate the team’s creative output.
Who You Are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or relatedstudies. Equivalent technical trade degree or experience in graphic design.
More than 5 years of experience in print graphic designer for large consumer, lifestyle brands.
Between 3-5 years of experience in design software, web design tools
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Pay Range
$87,276 - $120,000 USD
