In the role as Trade Marketing Coordinator you support the evolution of the North American Marketing organization into dedicated B2B and DTC functions, ensuring focused support for wholesale partners while allowing the broader team to continue driving consumer demand, brand awareness, and ecommerce growth.

Your responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Retail Support

Support execution of trade marketing initiatives aligned with seasonal GTM priorities.

Coordinate retailer communications, dealer-facing materials, and sales support tools.

Assist with co-op marketing programs, retailer campaigns, and localized marketing initiatives.

Support showroom management, seasonal sales meetings, and retailer presentations.

Build and maintain trade marketing resources, templates, and process documentation.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

Coordinate delivery of marketing assets, campaign toolkits, and retailer resources.

Support adaptation of global campaigns for North American wholesale execution.

Assist with seasonal launch planning and execution across dealer channels.

Retail Marketing & Merchandising Support

Support development of POS, merchandising, showroom, and retail marketing materials.

Help maintain brand consistency across wholesale touchpoints.

Planning, Reporting & Operations

Maintain trade marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers.

Track retailer engagement and program performance metrics.Support budget tracking, invoice management, and administrative coordination.

Your profile

1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, wholesale marketing, brand marketing, or related field

Experience working with wholesale accounts, outdoor specialty retailers, and rep groups; outdoor industry background strongly preferred

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Familiarity with the outdoor industry; experience with a premium heritage brand, alpine/climbing category, or resort channel is a strong differentiator

Thrives in a lean, fast-paced, build-phase environment — comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful without large team support, and excited to establish structure where little previously existed

Mammut is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Compensation will be determined by your relevant work experience, education, certifications, & skills.

The hourly range for this role is $19 - $24.
