Talent Agent

to join a growing team!

Job Description:

Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential and quality

Efficiently conduct high-volume recruiting

Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)

Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans

Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems

Conduct post-close administrative procedures

Elicit confidence from prospects and leads

25-30 ints/wk, 12-15 submittals/wk, lots of outbound sourcing, 5-10 connects/day

Work on contract and contract-to-hire submittals

Position Requirements:

Must have a good work ethic

Must be able to meet and/or exceed KPI’s

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Aptitude for identifying and finding solutions to challenges

Possess close attention to detail

Bilingual is a plus but not required
