Remote Field Coach: Marketing & Tech Adoption for Agents

State Farm is seeking a Field Implementation Coach to support independent agents in adopting marketing and technology processes. You will engage agents face-to-face and via video/phone to influence adoption of capabilities and drive behavioral changes aligned with business priorities.
The role requires extended hours and occasional overnight travel. You must reside within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the San Dimas-Covina Territory in California within six months of start date; relocation benefits
