Remote Franchise Growth Director—National Expansion

Extended Stay America seeks a Managing Director, Franchise Development to grow the franchised ESA portfolio by signing new development and brand conversion agreements. Lead cross-functional teams to expand the brand footprint and drive revenues while upholding brand standards.
You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, drive strategic plans, and partner with Legal, Brand, Real Estate, and Franchise Services to onboard new properties and support existing franchisees across the U.S.
