Proposal Coordinator II: Complex Submissions

Pape-Dawson Engineers in San Antonio is seeking a Proposal Coordinator II to support multi-disciplinary proposals and SOQs. You will work closely with technical staff, marketing, and subconsultants to manage content, schedules, and deliverables for compliant submissions.
The role requires strong organization, time management, and the ability to coordinate fast-paced proposal efforts independently, with regular Monday–Friday hours and overtime as needed.
