Director Employee Communications

Boston Scientific is seeking a strategic communications leader to serve as director, HR and Culture Communications. This role will advise the CHRO, lead a high-performing team, and partner with HR and corporate comms to drive culture, transformation, and employee engagement.
Reporting to the VP, Global Corporate Communications, you will shape enterprise messaging, govern HR comms priorities and measure impact across a global, matrixed organization.
