Customer Support Readiness Lead - Launch Orchestrator

Mercury is seeking an Operations Readiness Program Manager to coordinate readiness activities across Customer Support and cross-functional partners, ensuring launches, tooling changes, and process updates are implemented smoothly.
You will own recurring readiness motions, maintain a centralized roadmap, and lead planning for new product launches, with documentation, training, and enablement materials to support adoption.
