The Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager owns the end-to-end surgical case content lifecycle, clinical account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, event marketing campaigns, and cross-functional client workflows. Sitting at the intersection of B2B Healthcare Marketing and Revenue Operations, this role drives target account engagement by leveraging clinical surgical cases as high-converting, educational assets.

You will serve as the operational anchor across internal leadership and external hospital, health system, or medical device accounts. From surgical image preparation and technical go-live execution to running targeted account workflows and tracking performance analytics, this role ensures every clinical asset drives account penetration and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Surgical Case Content & ABM Pipeline Strategy (30% of Role)

Sourcing & Content Preparation: Source, review, and assemble surgical case materials, translating complex clinical procedures into targeted marketing and sales enablement content.

Client & Leadership Alignment: Lead direct client communications and direct weekly strategic alignment syncs with the internal team to review case pipelines and account priorities.

Homepage & ABM Analytics: Curate featured surgical cases for homepage deployment, manage release calendars, and track account-level engagement analytics to measure campaign penetration.

Stakeholder Communications: Oversee email prep, review, and campaign messaging to ensure clear alignment with key decision-makers across target accounts.

2. Production Staging & "Go Live" Execution (20% of Role)

Asset & Clinical Tagging: Prepare surgical visual assets, manage medical metadata/taxonomy tagging, and author precise case deployment instructions.

Go-Live Management: Drive the technical rollout during the 6-hour "Go Live" phase, ensuring error-free deployment across digital channels.

Sponsor & Account Profile Audits: Update and maintain hospital, physician, and sponsor profile data across operational databases.

3. Account Alignment & Enablement Presentation (20% of Role)

Client & Internal Syncs: Facilitate external client check-ins and actively participate in cross-functional internal syncs.

Sales Enablement Decks: Continuously update PowerPoint presentations and client pitch materials with live surgical case metrics, account data, and clinical outcomes.

4. Campaign Workflows & Specialized ABM Programs (20% of Role)

CoinFlips Program Operations: Direct client communication, scheduling, and execution for the specialized CoinFlips initiative in lockstep.

ABM Workflow Optimization: Audit, refine, and automate client campaign workflows in ClickUp to support tiered ABM outreach to high‑value surgical accounts.

5. Systems Optimization, Design & Support (5% of Role)

ClickUp Optimization: Engage in weekly ClickUp upskilling to enhance workspace automation, task management, and operational velocity.

Ad-Hoc Creative Design: Produce targeted visual collateral, including sales enablement documents, social graphics, logos, and event materials.

Team Scaling & Logistics: Coordinate onboarding for the Cases Team and support monthly event planning and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in clinical operations, healthcare ABM/marketing operations, or medical device campaign management.

Communication: Meticulous attention to clinical detail with strong written and verbal communication skills for executive and client interactions.

Technical Skills (preferred): Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or Jira), slide tools (PowerPoint), design software (Canva/Adobe CS), and account engagement software/CRMs.

Domain Knowledge (preferred): Understanding of healthcare practices, surgical specialties, or hospital systems.
