Digital Content & E-Commerce Designer

Role Description
Jayone Foods is seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Content & E-Commerce Designer based in Paramount, CA.

This role will create and manage digital content across Jayone’s websites, Amazon, TikTok Shop, social media, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable combining graphic design, content creation, photography, video editing, and AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Design and update website pages, banners, product pages, and landing pages

Create Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store assets, and product listing images

Edit product and lifestyle photos for digital and e-commerce use

Create short-form videos and social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Use AI tools to efficiently produce and adapt social media, website, and promotional content

Support TikTok Shop product listings, promotions, and content

Collaborate with marketing, sales, e-commerce, and product development teams

Qualifications

Strong graphic design and digital content creation skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools

Experience designing website and e-commerce content

Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Brand Stores, and product listings

Photo editing and basic video production skills

Experience using AI tools for design, copy, video, or content production

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and TikTok Shop

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience in food, CPG, retail, or e-commerce is preferred

Korean language or familiarity with Korean food culture is a plus
