To support a range of client needs, the Freelance UX Strategist will engage in project-based work remotely, focusing on stakeholder interviews, research, and developing strategic direction for website projects.
Key responsibilities
Lead or support stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights
Conduct research including competitive analysis and user insights to inform strategy
Develop information architecture, sitemaps, and create lo-fi wireframes in Figma
Required qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in UX strategy, preferably in an agency setting
Strong portfolio showcasing research strategy, information architecture, and wireframes
Proven ability to lead client conversations and influence decisions
Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams
Familiarity with CMS-driven websites such as WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify
