Program Manager

Drive the administration, optimization, and enhancement of the dealer platform to boost dealer engagement, support demand generation efforts, and streamline sales enablement through digital content, LMS management, rewards tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay Information: $39-43/hour (W2) + benefits
Location: Onsite (4 days/week in St. Paul)
Role Overview

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the dealer platform’s functionality, ensuring seamless lead syndication, digital content management, and LMS operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve platform performance, drive dealer engagement, and support incentive programs. Your goal is to enhance the dealer experience through process improvements, data-driven insights, and strategic initiatives.
Day in the Life

Manage lead syndication processes from dealer locator to shops.
Organize digital marketing content and support content creation.
Oversee LMS functions, track training completion, and ensure compliance.
Administer dealer rewards, incentives, and POS reporting data.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve platform features.
