The ideal candidate will work with internal and external teams to facilitate multi-channel digital marketing programs, ensuring each campaign's smooth progression through its lifecycle of operational workflows, from launch to completion. As a Digital Campaign Coordinator, you will be contributing to all aspects of preparing, launching, and maintaining the various aspects of a campaign - including its unique tasks, timeline, health, accuracy, changes, and performance - which may incorporate a variety of digital channels, including:Performance Digital MarketingAudio StreamingPodcast AdvertisingDisplay AdvertisingSocial Media MarketingOnline Presence SolutionsOTT and Video AdvertisingPaid Search Engine MarketingEmail MarketingIn this role, you play a "quarterback" role in advancing and maintaining each digital campaign's best interests. You will have the opportunity to apply your passions for digital marketing and project support to ensure that internal groups (including sales representatives, account managers, ad operations, and other facilitation teams) are on time and on target to meet the marketing goals of new and existing clients through careful monitoring, open communication, and operational processes.Please keep in mind: while the role is remote, the working hours for the role will ideally fall in the US MT/US PT time zone range, to provide coverage for some of our West Coast teams.Key Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of our industry-leading digital products and servicesMaintain a strong grasp on digital marketing strategies - enough to advise and suggest approachesInterface with internal teams to help build strategic pre-sale digital marketing plans for clientsResearch available inventory, potential audiences, and applicable product suggestions for customized plans for active sales opportunitiesBuild presentation slides showing media plan options within a client-ready proposalWork with internal and external facilitation partners to price, plan, order, onboard, and execute campaign elements that have soldCommunicate pre-launch requirements, asset specifications, and schedule deadlines to ensure that internal teams and external clients fulfill necessary requests for a successful campaign launchFacilitate the requests for ongoing campaign updates, like optimizations or creative changesTraffic campaign details and assets into internal systems, platforms, portals, and business toolsMonitor active campaign segments for status, pacing, performance, budget, and progress toward overall goalsAdvocate for finding solutions with all applicable stakeholders to solve for active issues, process blockers, missing/incorrect elements, or performance concernsProvide reporting for all in-progress and completed digital campaigns, as neededSupport strategic projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new partners, or setting up new process-oriented workflows)Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field1+ year(s) of experience in digital marketing, account management, ad trafficking, or similar experienceStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyMeticulously organized in following processes, setting reminders/tasks, and maintaining timelinesExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve issuesDemonstrated ability to self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and fast-paced projectsTime management and organizational skills, with high attention to detailExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns that drive resultsFamiliarity with digital marketing channels, campaign metrics, and applying those to client goalsMust be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners equallyPay Range USD $50,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.What We OfferCompetitive PayFocused, responsible and collaborative work environment with the ability to ask, "what if" and try innovative solutionsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance coverage401K with company matchPaid Vacation, Sick & Holiday time offParental leave time off benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, wellness, and an employee referral bonus program
