Nooks is seeking a Director of People to build and scale our HR organization, reporting directly to the CEO. You will own People strategy, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance for high-stakes defense environments while growing a national footprint.
You will lead a small People team, develop scalable processes, and partner across Finance, Legal, Security, and site Operations to attract cleared talent and maintain rigorous compliance.
