We’re looking for an experienced

Group Account Director

to join our team in Houston. This is a senior client leadership role for a strategic, culturally fluent advertising professional who understands how to build brands, strengthen client relationships, and lead integrated campaigns that authentically connect with Hispanic consumers.

This position is onsite in Houston, Texas. Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

As Group Account Director, you will serve as a senior strategic partner to our clients while providing leadership across account teams and agency disciplines. You’ll be responsible for driving account growth, delivering exceptional work, and ensuring our clients benefit from the agency’s full strategic, creative, media, digital, social, and cultural capabilities.

You’ll bring a deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic market and the ability to navigate both English- and Spanish-language communications with confidence.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow key client relationships, serving as a trusted senior advisor.

Provide strategic leadership across multiple accounts, brands, or lines of business.

Translate client business objectives into clear, actionable marketing and communications strategies.

Champion culturally relevant, insight-driven work that resonates with U.S. Hispanic audiences.

Lead integrated campaigns across creative, digital, social, media, experiential, and other channels.

Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, Analytics, and other agency teams.

Guide the development of client presentations, strategic recommendations, scopes of work, and annual plans.

Identify organic growth opportunities and help develop new business within existing client relationships.

Maintain a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, competitive landscapes, categories, and consumers.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to account management teams.

Oversee account financials, staffing, scopes, timelines, and profitability.

Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and ensure the agency consistently delivers at a high level.

Represent the agency confidently in executive-level client meetings and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

Significant account management and client leadership experience within an advertising or integrated marketing agency.

Fluency in both English and Spanish — written and spoken — is required.

Strong experience working in Hispanic, multicultural, or culturally focused marketing and advertising.

Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic consumers, cultural nuances, and the evolving multicultural marketplace.

Proven ability to manage complex, integrated accounts and senior-level client relationships.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent executional judgment.

Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing account financials, scopes of work, budgets, and agency profitability.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment.

A passion for great creative work and a track record of advocating for ideas that drive both cultural relevance and business results.

What Success Looks Like
You build relationships clients trust. You inspire teams to do their best work. You understand that reaching Hispanic consumers requires more than translation—it requires cultural intelligence, relevance, and authenticity.

You can move comfortably between strategy and execution, the client boardroom and the creative briefing room, and English and Spanish.

Most importantly, you know how to turn strong client partnerships and culturally powerful ideas into measurable business growth.

Location Requirement
This is an onsite position based in Houston, Texas.
Candidates must be able to work from the agency’s Houston office as required. This is

not a remote position .

If you’re a bilingual advertising leader who understands the power and opportunity of the Hispanic market and is ready to lead major client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
