iewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV & Network Contractor to join our team, specializing in conference room integration and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reprogramming room setups, registering conference spaces within the Corporate environment, testing units for connectivity, and verifying the operational environment. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong technical background in audiovisual systems, networking, and conference room technolo

Key Responsibilit

Reprogram conference room setups to meet evolving business needs and technology standards.

Register and integrate conference rooms within the Corporate environment, ensuring all systems are properly configured and documented.

Conduct comprehensive testing of AV and network units for connectivity, performance, and compatibility.

Verify the operational environment, including network health, device functionality, and user accessibility.

Perform data verification to ensure the accuracy of room configurations, device inventories, and system documentation.

Support service retirement processes, including decommissioning outdated AV and network equipment and updating records accordingly.

Provide technical troubleshooting and support for conference room systems, addressing issues and implementing solutions promptly.

Complete additional technical tasks as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Attend planning meetings for integration activity by site for completion.

Interface with key vendor(s) for in person and virtual consultation of custom conferencing space.

Qualificat

Proven experience in AV integration, network engineering, or conference room technology support.

Strong understanding of conference room AV systems, networking protocols, and device registration processes.

Experience with enterprise AV/IT platforms is preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
