Key responsibilities
Define and drive the roadmap for catalog integrity, rights management, and platform safety across the Podcast Platform Product Area
Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions that translate product strategy into technical requirements and system flows
Build systems to govern content distribution on Spotify, ensuring compliance with copyright, licensing, and platform rules
Required qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong product craft
Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
Experience in building products for creator platforms, particularly in content moderation or rights management systems
Ability to operate at multiple levels, from strategy definition to writing user stories
Effective collaboration skills across engineering, legal, policy, and business teams
