As a Campaign Operations Analyst, you'll play an important role in making that happen.
You’ll work alongside clients to support campaign launches, creator onboarding, campaign setup, and day‑to‑day operations. If you're someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, solving problems, and keeping projects moving, this is an opportunity to build a career in one of the fastest‑growing areas of digital marketing.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Build and configure campaigns and affiliate programs within the CreatorIQ platform, including campaign pages, creator briefs, outreach templates, and campaign settings
Send campaign invitations and support creators throughout the onboarding process
Guide creators through account authentication and platform setup, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting issues as needed
Manage day‑to‑day communication with creators, answering questions and helping them stay on track throughout the campaign
Monitor campaign timelines and creator deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintain campaign trackers and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Perform quality assurance checks on campaign setup, creator information, and campaign assets before launch
Assist with authentication‑only, ongoing reporting projects and recurring customer deliverables
Partner closely with clients, Creator Discovery, Client Success, and other teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute ideas that help the team work more efficiently
Deliver a high‑quality experience for both clients and creators through responsive communication and exceptional attention to detail
Draft creator briefs, campaign templates, and customer communications
Support reporting, audits, and benchmarking analyses
Create internal documentation and process guides
Brainstorm ideas and improve operational workflows
Review and refine AI-generated work to ensure accuracy, quality, and sound judgment
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, project coordination, marketing, customer success, operations, account management, or a similar role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity about emerging technology and excitement to learn new tools
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to improve productivity is a plus. More important is the ability to use AI thoughtfully while applying strong human judgment
