Strategic Account Director — Hybrid, Growth & ESOP

George P. Johnson Experience Marketing (GPJ) is seeking a seasoned Account Director to oversee Account Services for assigned client groups, guiding the financial and operational performance of GPJ retainers, including model and solution development, performance analysis, and estimating.
This hybrid role requires reporting on-site at a minimum of 2 days/week to one of our offices, with emphasis on margins, client satisfaction, and growth aligned to company targets.
