Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative leadership on staging, camera work, pacing, and character performance
Transform scripts into visual storyboards ranging from rough sketches to finalized panels Unique
Apply animation knowledge to ensure posing and staging remain both inventive and producible Unique
Pitch storyboards to creative teams and brainstorm story improvements
Engage proactively with traditional, GenAI, and hybrid production workflows
Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining consistency with creative direction
Drive visual experimentation and look development efforts Unique
Build workflows and templates as needed
Experience

4+ years storyboarding experience in animation, games, or digital media (feature, episodic, or high-end shorts)
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in cinematic sense, character development, and editorial pacing
Advanced digital drawing tool proficiency
Genuine interest in generative AI with hands-on exploration experience
Strong organizational and time management abilities Unique
Builder's mindset with independence and initiative Unique
Comfort in ambiguous, rapidly evolving production environments
Preferred: traditional art, photography, or film background
