Doxel is seeking a hands-on Head of People to design and scale our people systems—from leveling and compensation to onboarding, growth, and performance. You’ll report to the CEO and shape how we hire, develop, and retain talent as we scale.
This role requires enterprise SaaS HR experience, ownership of Rippling or similar HRIS, and proven ability to build career paths, reset incentives, and run merit and promotions end-to-end across multiple countries.
