Audio Engineering Lead

Leading a team of talented Audio Engineers, the full-time Audio Engineering Lead will create and refine custom voices for clients, ensure optimal audio quality, and provide training and technical guidance, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Audio Engineers in delivering high-quality audio solutions
Create, refine, and iterate on custom voice designs for ElevenLabs' customers
Provide hands-on training and technical support on ElevenLabs tools and best practices

Required qualifications

10+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, or related fields
Experience working directly with clients and creative teams
Strong proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools or Logic
Deep understanding of voice characteristics and audio performance nuances
Ability to translate customer needs into effective audio solutions
