Life and Health Account Executive

To support large group clients, the full-time remote Senior Account Executive for Employee Ancillary Benefits will manage service relationships, oversee account management and renewal processes, and collaborate with sales teams to facilitate new business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the service relationship for large group clients, acting as the primary broker contact and internal quarterback
Manage sold case implementation end to end, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to service
Lead the renewal cycle, including benefit enhancements and carrier marketing to grow revenue

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher
5-10 years' experience in account management or service role within a carrier or brokerage organization
Comprehensive knowledge of ancillary products and leave management
Active life, accident, and health license
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to organizational change
