Junior Website Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Website Designer to join our growing team in Akron As a Junior Website Designer you will work closely with our senior designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles proficiency in web design software and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities Collaborate with senior designers and developers to create website layouts and designs that meet client requirements
Use web design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create website graphics icons and layouts
Ensure all designs are visually appealing user-friendly and consistent with brand guidelines
Conduct research on current design trends and best practices to improve website designs
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Participate in client meetings to present website designs and gather feedback for revisions
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in web design techniques
Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Web Design Graphic Design or a related field
Proficient in web design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or Sketch
Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory typography layout etc
Experience creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile devices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A portfolio showcasing previous web design work is required
Salary Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position
Location Location This position is based in Akron but we welcome applicants from all over the world who are able to relocate Filipinos are preferred but all nationalities are welcome
