Hands-On Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Menasha Corporation is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a high-volume environment. This role is active on the production floor, supporting employees, solving problems in real time, and helping ensure safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved.
You will supervise, train and coordinate with maintenance and extrusion teams to maintain cycle times, quality and cost targets, while enforcing policies and maintaining a safe workplace.
