Xenon Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Marketing Operations & Commercial Review to lead the CRC/MLR process and enable scalable, compliant delivery of programs and tactics. You will partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and IT to ensure governance across all activities.
