This role plans, organizes, executes, and optimizes integrated digital communications programs while ensuring consistency, accuracy, timeliness, and operational discipline across all digital channels. equivalent experience considered.5-8 years of relevant experience in social media, digital communications, digital marketing, content strategy, or related roles.Work experience, portfolio, and demonstrated execution capabilities are valued more heavily than formal education alone.Strong understanding of major social media platforms, digital engagement strategies, and evolving content trends.Experience managing corporate social media programs and digital communications calendars.Experience with social media management, analytics, monitoring, scheduling, and content development tools.Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools, including native platform analytics and Google Analytics.Exceptional organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.Stellar writing, editing, and communications capabilities.Highly proactive and forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate needs and opportunities.Strong judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and operational discipline.Ability to travel up to 10% for trade shows, events, and company activities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and occasional real-time/after-hours coverage for eventsPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting executive communications, trade shows, events, recruiting initiatives, and corporate announcements.Experience in aerospace, defense, government, technology, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries.CesiumAstro considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
