Global Talent Programs Architect

Room to Read seeks an experienced Talent Programs Manager to design and launch a global internship and fellowship portfolio. The role will scale approaches for volunteers, alumni, and other workforce multipliers, building governance and processes for long-term sustainability.
Reporting to the Senior Director, you will partner with People Department and organizational leaders to ensure programs meet local requirements and deliver meaningful participant experiences across multiple regions.
