The Graphic Designer oversees the planning, design, and production of marketing and communications materials across print, digital, social media, video, and advertising platforms for Museum of the Rockies. This position manages creative project workflows, maintains brand standards, and produces high-quality visual communications that support organizational goals.

Salary Salary starting at $20.50 hourly annually, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
Manage the intake, prioritization, scheduling, and execution of graphic design projects across multiple departments.
Design and produce print, digital, social media, photo, video, and website promotional materials.
Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, printers, and media partners.
Maintain and enforce brand standards across all communications.
Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within established guidelines.
Maintain organized content libraries and assets.
Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of professional graphic design experience creating digital advertising, social media, and video content.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
Experience creating assets for social media, digital advertising, and web platforms.
Experience with website content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills Five or more years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience managing creative workflows or project management systems.
Experience working in higher education, museums, nonprofit organizations, or cultural institutions.
Familiarity with ADA accessibility and inclusive design principles.
The Successful Candidate Will Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms.
