Creative Producer, Post Production

Managing the entire post-production process, the full-time Creative Producer, Post Production will oversee video editing, project management, and automation systems remotely within Germany, ensuring quality standards and efficient workflows.
Key responsibilities:

Supervise video editing by setting quality standards and providing feedback to freelancers
Manage project workflows through a board system that tracks production status and responsibilities
Develop and maintain post-production systems and automated tools to enhance production efficiency

Required qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in video editing, either in-house or freelance
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, including advanced workflows
Experience in setting up project management systems for production oversight
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for process improvement
Fluent in both German and English
