JBPro is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to lead day-to-day RFQ and RFP coordination and support select marketing initiatives. This role partners with the Business Development Director, department leaders, and project managers to keep proposals organized, accurate, and visually consistent.
As capacity allows, you will help strengthen in-house marketing through website updates, social media, design work, and collateral.
