Dual-Site LIHTC Community Manager | Leasing & Ops Lead

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to oversee operations of multifamily communities. Under the Regional Manager, you will supervise staff, ensure LIHTC compliance, and lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
You will prepare renewal letters, analyze rents, and drive revenue while managing reports, budgets, and acceptance of payments. A three-year or more on-site track record and English communication are required.
