Develop and own full-funnel recruitment marketing strategies across assigned functions and geographies
Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns from annual planning through execution and wrap-up
Drive performance against pipeline, MQL, and hiring goals
Build and drive long-term pipeline strategy for early-career and emerging AI talent segments
Lead the Tech Stories Webinar program from content roadmap through execution
Coach program owners and translate results into scalable improvements and future investment decisions
Develop data-backed performance narratives to secure alignment and drive action with stakeholders and senior leaders
Use experimentation methodologies to test candidate-backed hypotheses and identify opportunities
Apply cultural insights across candidate audiences to ensure campaigns resonate with diverse talent segments
Evaluate and apply AI tools and martech platforms to streamline workflows and improve campaign performance
Manage workload and deadlines independently across concurrent workstreams
Contribute expertise to shared COE priorities and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements 5+ years of experience in talent marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, lead generation, or a related field
Proven experience managing and optimizing multiple marketing funnels and driving candidate or lead conversion
Advanced understanding and practical application of AI tools and technologies
Experience using AI strategically beyond basic adoption
Background in technology, software, SaaS, or similar B2B environments preferred
Experience partnering with sales organizations and supporting lead generation through marketing strategies
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to inform campaigns, recommendations, and business decisions
Demonstrated leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
Ability to represent marketing strategies confidently at all organizational levels
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver against deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to proactively communicate progress, results, and challenges
Ability to influence stakeholders, gain buy-in, and advocate for recommendations
Willingness to challenge assumptions and push ideas forward
W2 long-term contract employment requiring onsite work three days per week
