VP, US Marketing & Growth for Rare Tumors

SpringWorks Therapeutics in Boston seeks a senior leader to own the US Marketing Strategy and US P&L. Reporting to the SVP and Head of Rare Tumor Franchise, NA, this role guides the Commercial Organization and informs strategy with patient and clinician insights.
The role drives launch planning, brand management, and partnerships, mentors teams, and ensures access to care. Hybrid work arrangement requires onsite presence 3 days a week and travel up to 50%.
