Our client, a leading strategic communications consultancy is seeking an experienced Account Director to join its growing team. This individual will lead integrated communications programs for clients across financial services, capital markets, fintech, emerging technology, and other fast-moving sectors.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands complex industries, can confidently counsel senior stakeholders, and enjoys operating in environments where market developments create daily opportunities for impactful storytelling.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee multiple client accounts and integrated communications programsServe as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executivesDevelop strategic media relations and thought leadership campaignsIdentify market trends, issues, and opportunities that can drive visibility for clientsManage account profitability, team performance, and client satisfactionMentor and develop junior team membersSupport new business efforts and contribute to agency growthQualifications:6-10+ years of public relations, strategic communications, or corporate communications experienceExperience within financial services, fintech, capital markets, trading, crypto, or adjacent sectors preferredProven success managing senior client relationships and leading account teamsStrong media relations network and strategic communications expertiseExcellent writing, presentation, and client management skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing industriesEOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
