Harry’s in New York is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to run paid search and social campaigns across Harry’s and Flamingo brands. This data-driven role owns strategy, creative development, execution, and optimization to drive profitable growth through Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit and more.
You will manage programs that impact omni‑channel acquisition, set monthly and yearly goals, track performance, and collaborate with Product, Lifecycle, Brand Marketing, Analytics, and external partners.
