We're looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to represent partner brands through face-to-face campaigns, engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences.

This is a customer-facing role where customer acquisition and sales are the primary responsibilities. You'll work directly with prospective customers, build relationships, and contribute to the success of live promotional campaigns while developing practical skills that support long-term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you will:

Deliver face-to-face customer acquisition by engaging with prospective customers at promotional events and campaign locations.

Drive sales by understanding customer needs, presenting products and services confidently, and converting conversations into successful customer acquisitions.

Build strong customer relationships through professional, engaging, and informative interactions.

Represent partner brands with professionalism while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers clearly and accurately.

Work towards individual customer acquisition and sales objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Accurately complete customer registrations and campaign documentation where required.

Support event presentation and ensure every customer interaction reflects the values of the brands you represent.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or client-facing sales is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided.

Training & Development
