Job Description

Assist in Producing shows

Assists in filtering what videos are allowed to be accessible on Club Sports website, and YouTube Channels
Monitors quality & maintains Liberty standards

Creating and editing promotional videos for teams
Creating and editing interviews for updates to interactive/video experience on Club Sport websites
Creating and editing video recaps from Club Sporting events
Assists in Organizing & Coordinating video shoots
Setting up video equipment for video shoots
Conducting interviews and filming b-roll during shoots
Help Operate Videoboards at specific club sporting events

Run Videoboards at sporting events
Assists in content creation (videos, graphics, etc.) for video boards
Load and Test content to insure files are in correct format and running properly on videoboard

Assists in helping serve as a Liaison between Club Sport coaches and video/media production (As Needed)

Training students to do Broadcast production of Club Sport events for Flames Central (As Needed)
Working with/alongside Flames Central Production Crew
Work as a member of Production Crew when needed

Assist with helping Liberty's marketing department on promotional videos & TV related items - sponsorship ads for broadcast etc...
Assist in Broadcasting Club Sport events (As Needed)

Live streaming on the Internet
Streaming on Flames Central and ESPN+
Training students on use of equipment
Organizing and providing leadership for video coverage of Club Sports events not scheduled to be covered

Create and produce post season coverage for certain teams within Club Sports

Traveling with teams to national events
Filming B-roll and Conducting interviews at national events
Creating and editing video content recapping national events

Remains up to date of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services and leading industry performance benchmarks.
Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission.

Starting at $12.77
Student employees are paid at least the current Virginia minimum wage per hour. Pay may vary by position and department based on job responsibilities, required skills, available funding, and market conditions.
