Havenly is seeking a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to lead retention and engagement campaigns across Havenly's brand portfolio. You will own lifecycle strategy, coordinate with design and product, and drive customer engagement and repeat purchases using data insights.
You will oversee email/SMS/push strategy, craft briefs, manage campaign calendars, and partner with analytics to size audiences and measure performance. A strong focus on AI-driven workflows and experimentation will exist throughout.
