Lead & SEO Analytics Specialist

Contractor Growth Network, a digital marketing agency serving remodeling contractors, seeks a Leads & SEO Analyst to blend hands-on SEO with lead performance analysis. You’ll run audits, track traffic and conversions, and translate data into actionable insights for the team.
This is an internal role based in Charlotte, with a 90-day in-office start and then a hybrid schedule. You’ll work closely with the SEO Strategist, CSMs, and the Delivery team to keep client pipelines healthy.
