Supporting media relations and digital communications for LATAM and Asia, the full-time Associate Media and Digital Communications Officer will draft media materials, coordinate outreach, and assist with digital content creation in a fully remote role for a 6-month period, with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
Draft press releases, media advisories, and background materials while maintaining media lists and tracking coverage
Collaborate with social media colleagues to create and align digital content across platforms
Assist in planning and producing podcasts and webinars, including guest coordination and content preparation
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in media relations or journalism
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
Experience creating digital content, including social media posts and multimedia assets
Familiarity with audio or video editing tools such as Audacity or Adobe Premiere
Knowledge of the Latin American or Asia-Pacific media landscape
