Flo is seeking a Creative Producer (Creative Strategist) focused on UGC production for TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat within the Social Growth team. This production-first role owns the full creative cycle end to end, from hypotheses and scripting to testing, iteration, and scaling.
You will work with partnership managers, editors, and UA to drive installs, contribute ideas for brand campaigns, and scale high-volume, high-quality creatives through structured iteration.
