C2's client, a mission-driven consumer services organization, seeks a Video Producer/Editor to craft compelling stories that help responsible Americans protect themselves and their families.

This is a full-production seat. The right candidate moves comfortably between concept development, field and studio capture, edit bay work, and platform delivery, with fluency in how story structure shifts across short, mid, and long form. This role shapes how the brand connects with members and the responsible firearm ownership community, and candidates who are personally comfortable with and supportive of responsible firearm ownership will thrive in it.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and stakeholders to develop video concepts and production approaches across advertising, social media, YouTube, training, brand campaigns, and member communications

Support full-cycle production from pre-production planning, story development, shot lists, and filming through editing, finishing, and distribution preparation

Capture professional video content in studio, office, classroom, range, event, and on-location environments, operating cameras, lighting, audio, and stabilization equipment

Conduct interviews and capture authentic performances from members, employees, instructors, partners, and on-camera talent

Edit short-form and long-form content, shaping raw footage into clear, emotionally engaging stories through pacing, structure, sound design, music, graphics, and visual sequencing

Create platform-specific versions, cutdowns, trailers, promotional edits, and content variations optimized for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, OTT, and member-facing channels

Perform color correction, audio cleanup, captioning, finishing, and quality-control work; incorporate motion graphics, animation, and branded visual elements when appropriate

Apply AI-assisted editing, generative media, transcription, captioning, and workflow-automation tools to improve speed, scalability, and creative potential while maintaining brand accuracy and authenticity

Help establish repeatable AI-enabled workflows, templates, and production standards for the video team; share emerging tools and techniques with creative partners

Produce platform-aware content that accounts for hooks, pacing, duration, aspect ratio, and narrative structure across audiences and channels

Contribute original story treatments, visual approaches, interview questions, hooks, and content formats; receive and apply creative feedback in a fast-moving production environment

Maintain organized project files, footage, audio, graphics, templates, and final deliverables following established digital asset management and archiving practices

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while protecting Delta Defense and USCCA brand standards across all video deliverables

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, or a closely related creative role

Demonstrated experience across multiple production phases, including planning, filming, editing, and delivery

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects or comparable motion-graphics tools

Working knowledge of professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment

Strong command of visual storytelling, editing rhythm, composition, sound, and narrative structure across short, mid, and long form

Experience producing content for multiple formats and digital platforms

Ability to manage multiple projects, organize complex media files, and meet deadlines in a high-output production environment

Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating versatility across production and editing work, with clear examples of story-driven content

Ability to work onsite in West Bend, WI three days per week

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI-assisted creative tools, generative video platforms, or production automation

Motion graphics, animation, color-grading, sound-design, or visual-effects experience

Background in interview-driven, documentary-style, or educational content production

Experience with direct-response advertising, platform-specific creative testing, or performance-marketing content

Photography, livestreaming, podcast production, or multicamera production experience
