Federal Proposal Lead – Strategy, Writing & Compliance (Remote)

Caplock Security is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal proposal development—from solicitation analysis through submission. This role owns proposal strategy, schedule, and compliance, and also writes and edits content. Remote work is available; NOVA area candidates are preferred.
You will coordinate inputs from SMEs, contracts, pricing, and leadership, maintain content libraries, and drive post-submission debriefs to improve win rates.
