Performance Creative Lead — Social & Video

Socket.dev is seeking a Performance Creative Manager to build and run our in-house creative testing engine across social and video. You own the pipeline from idea to testable asset, writing hooks and briefs, directing production, and using performance data to scale winning assets.
This fully remote role requires Florida residency, occasional travel to the Greater Jacksonville area, and the ability to work across multiple brands in the tax and financial services space with dedicated editing
