Technical Director (Drama)The Big Walnut Local School District is seeking qualified applicants for the Technical Director (Drama) position with our theatre department beginning the 2026/2027 school year: one-year supplemental contract. Duties to include, but are not limited to:Design, create, build and decorate props and special effects for theater productionsCoordinate stage design and layout with the stage directorAssist in ordering materials and supplies for productionsEnsure safety procedures are followed in set design and layoutsWork with students under teacher's directionConfigure theater seating for productionsWrite and distribute promotional theater material for marketingAttend performances for newspapers, display, and staff usePerform other duties as assignedPlease contact Nicole Carter with questions about the position.
