Account Executive or Senior Account ExecutiveFleishmanHillard, a global communications agency, is looking for a collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our Seattle team. This individual will play a critical role supporting one of the agency's largest integrated communications accounts, partnering across media relations, executive thought leadership, product communications, corporate reputation, social media, events and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and brings exceptional organization, writing and relationship-building skills. They are equally comfortable coordinating complex projects behind the scenes and contributing strategic ideas that help drive impactful communications programs.Responsibilities:Support day-to-day management of integrated communications programs across multiple client business units and initiatives.Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met and deliverables are executed with excellence.Develop high-quality written materials, including media pitches, messaging, briefing documents, bylined articles, award submissions, client correspondence and meeting materials.Coordinate and manage integrated communications campaigns spanning earned media, executive visibility, partnerships, events and thought leadership.Draft and conduct thorough quality assurance reviews across written materials, presentations, media lists, timelines and client deliverables to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.Build and maintain media lists, conduct media research and support proactive pitching to secure impactful coverage.Monitor industry, competitor and cultural trends to identify timely opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.Manage project timelines, trackers and reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams while partnering closely with cross-functional agency teams.Support measurement and reporting efforts by developing client-ready recaps that demonstrate campaign impact and identify future opportunities.Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.Qualifications:A minimum of two years of experience in public relations, integrated communications or corporate communications, preferably within an agency environment.Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities simultaneously.Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with experience developing a variety of communications materials.Experience supporting media relations programs, including media research, list development, pitching and coverage tracking.Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing with precision and attention to detail.Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder and approval processes.Strong interpersonal and client service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.Experience supporting executive communications or thought leadership initiatives is a plus.Interest in technology, innovation, consumer brands and the evolving communications landscape.Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture.Our Story: We're more motivated by what we can give than what we receive. The anticipated U.S. salary range for the Senior Account Executive level is $58,000-$82,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography.
