Lights. Cameras. Live Events. Your Career Starts Here.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to produce an NBA game, a sold-out concert, or a world-class live event?

The Miami HEAT Broadcast Services team is looking for a passionate and driven Broadcast Services Intern to join us at Kaseya Center. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with a Championship organization while learning the technology, preparation, and execution behind some of South Florida's biggest sports and entertainment events.

As a Broadcast Services Intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians who support broadcast operations, audio/visual systems, networking infrastructure, IPTV distribution, Q‑SYS platforms, event production, and more. You'll get an inside look at how live events come together while developing practical skills that can launch a career in sports, entertainment, or broadcast technology.

This isn't a coffee‑run internship. You'll be immersed in day‑to‑day operations, learning firsthand how our team prepares for and executes NBA games, concerts, special events, and remote productions. From setup and troubleshooting to event support and technical operations, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of the Broadcast Services department
