Short-Form Video Content Creator

We are looking for a creative storyteller who can recognize authentic moments and transform them into compelling short-form video content that makes people care, connect, and act.
The stories are already here, waiting to be told: playful kitten antics, everyday moments that make people smile, remarkable recoveries, rescue transformations, and the countless small victories that happen every day.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with St. Francis staff and volunteers to identify and capture authentic stories that showcase the mission and impact of St. Francis Animal Rescue.
Produce, edit, and publish short-form video content for designated communications platforms.
Write strong hooks, captions, on-screen text, and calls to action.
Participate as a member of the Communications Team, contributing creative ideas and supporting coordinated communications initiatives.
Monitor performance and help us learn which stories inspire meaningful action.

Can write concise, engaging, and accurate written content.
Are organized, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Have patience and good judgment when working with cats of all temperaments and medical needs.
Can work respectfully with staff and volunteers.
Can work onsite in Venice, Florida.
Have access to your own video recording and editing equipment needed to produce high-quality short-form video content.
