Co-op Marketing & Community Engagement Lead

McHenry County Food Cooperative is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage events, promotions, and shopper communications in alignment with our brand. You will collaborate with the General Manager and department leads to grow loyalty, drive sales, and expand cooperative membership while upholding our values.
You will develop in-store and digital campaigns, plan monthly calendars, create promotional graphics and newsletters, and support community-focused activations.
